The Sovereignty of God Romans 5:1-2

Mark Shell, November 26, 2017
Part of the Guest Ministers series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The common definition and understanding of God’s Sovereignty is based in erroneous concepts. God’s Sovereignty doesn’t mean that He controls and dictates all actions and things that happen. Its isn’t God’s will when bad things happen. God’s Sovereignty is actually His willingness to provide Grace in spit of your bad decisions. Sovereignty is the flowing of Grace after Man’s bad decisions

Mark Shell
About Mark Shell: Mark accepted the call of the Lord to full time ministry in 1990. Having attended Southeastern Bible College as well as off-campus training Mark began to travel and minister around the country. If the ministry was to be explained in a few simple words it would have to be described as “mind changing”. That’s the goal of this ministry. Mark believes very simply Jesus came to cleanse the world with His blood sacrifice so that whoever accepted that substitution as their salvation is now the residence of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit on a daily basis helps us renew our minds to think like Christ. In essence, as we change our minds we change our lives. Mark Shell is being led by the Spirit to help the believer change the world, one thought at a time.
